Carl was rewarded for his excellent quality, flexibility and willing to help his team members. Not only is Carl an expert tester of all machines and models, he is quick to help Refurbishment Operatives with their problematic machines, he welds, loads vehicles and sprays cabinets too! A true team player, Carl has been rewarded with a meal out on the company - and received glowing praise from MD, Richard Gilbert, in a presentation earlier today. Well Done Carl!
